  • An Important Thank You from the Superintendent:

Jessieville High Scholl hosted the 3A State Track Meet on May 1, and it would have been impossible without the help of many different people and especially our volunteers. Thanks to the help of all of our coaches and volunteers, the meet was a great success.

I think it is appropriate to name the ones that are on the list that was given to me:

    • All of our coaches: Todd Huff, B. J. Parrish, T. J. Burk, Magen Scrivner, Jodi Castleberry, Jared White, and our AD Jamie Saveall. It would not have been possible to do the job as well as it was done, without all of your help.
    • Other staff members: Kellye O’Neal, Amanda Sarver, Michael Holdiness, Chris Benson, Ashley Huneycutt, and Toby Packard
    • Our custodians who took care of the trash and cleaned the restrooms
    • Our volunteers who served in many capacities: Dennis Eskew, Cory Eskew, Mark Burr, Jay Dirksen, Jimmie Pickering, David Morrow, Bruce Mock, Robert Huff, Paul Kidwell, Rodney Ivers, Eden Crow, Evan Spears, Jack Wells, Nicholas Sarver, Dan Trepanier, Mary Trepanier, Steve Irwin, Gary Benson, and Jamie Elliott.
    • There were also several student volunteers who helped.

A huge Lion thank you goes out to you all. Your dedication to our district, program, and students.

  • Jessieville School District is once again teaming up with THV 11 and the Arkansas Food Bank for the Summer Cereal Drive. The Summer Cereal Drive provides non-perishable breakfast items that are both nutritious and kid-friendly for children and families in Central Arkansas who would otherwise go without the most important meal of the day - breakfast. The cereal and money collected stays in the local area to be distributed by local food banks. We will be at the Hot Springs Village Walmart on Thursday, May 17th, to collect donations. The items listed below may be donated, as well as cash and checks. (Please make checks payable to the Arkansas Food Bank) The Food Bank can purchase a box of cereal for every dollar donated.

    - Dry cereal - boxes or bags, 8oz. or more (Think Nutritious!)
    - Cereal/Breakfast Bars
    - Pop Tarts
    - Oatmeal
    - Cream of Wheat

Please contact Chris Davis if you have any questions-
